Does eBay continue to send e-mail to confirm our listings and ending?

For some reason(s), I no longer receive e-mails from eBay to confirm my listing and give me the item number. I also do not receive to inform me an item ended or sold. I wonder if I am the only one to have such problem. I do receive promotional and annoucement e-mails. Thanks.

Seems to be affecting SOME users because there have been a number of reports in the past week.

 

That said, my own notifications of items ending and new listings (on three id's) are coming in as they always do (almost instantly).

I have not received them for almost a month. I called eBay and someone told me there was a problem (in eBay?) and I should receive my e-mails soon. Unfortunately, that someone did not seem to be concerned of my issue and did not speak clearly such that I still have no idea what happens and will I receive my e-mails soon as that someone said (I can't be sure if this was what he said because he did not speak clearly.) I am keeping my fingers crossed.

Same issue here. I list/re-list/sell daily. No listing e-mails since 1/21/18 and no unsold (Relist this item) e-mails since 1/29/18. Called twice. Both times, the individuals blamed me initially for not having the correct settings (which I have, for 20 years on ebay) and then said they will have someone look into. The person I talked to today said I should have it resolved by 2/14/18? Really? Every "relist" e-mail adds to more time I have to take to relist it from ebay's site. This is unacceptable.
