So I had a highly technical book purchased by a buyer with excellent feedback. But it listed many, many purchases (like 400 + ) in just one month. They asked me to not include the invoice and the shipping address does not match name of user. I already printed the shipping label , so too late to refund.
I am just a small time seller and not familiar with all the "creative" ways people use eBay. I guess this person is being a middleman? Can I just block them from future purchases without affecting my dashboard ratings? I have an "above average" rating.
I did message the buyer about the name difference and they did not respond. They did respond to my message about confirming to exclude invoice. TIA for your input.

You can block anyone for any reason. Doesn't affect your account.
I had one buyer give me his whole address in Japanese and my shipper wanted it in English. He decided to ignore me. To avoid cancelling I shipped with an eBay USPS label (which is OK in Japanese) and used google translate to get the English text for my shipper. (But didn't want the English text on the label in case it was wrong). Shipper was fine with it, but I was terribly annoyed at paying for USPS shipping when I could have shipped it cheaper from Canada.

Guess as long as you are shipping to what ever address is shown on the order you should be fine. Now if they are asking you to ship to different address, not the one shown on the order, that would be different.

as long as you are shipping to the address the buyer provided on the payment, then you are fine and covered by ebays seller policy.
However...if the buyer paid, and then asks you to ship to a different address than what is on his payment, that is a totally different issue and would not be covered under ebays seller protection.
Under ebays seller protection policy you must ship to the address provided on the payment.
and as far as not including the invoice, as others have already stated it is probably a gift and the buyer doesn't want the receiver of the item to know what he paid.

I used to have a person who always bought my electronic items and sold them. He was my best customer and I really loved the fast sales.
Yep, I have a customer like that for one type of item I sell. I love him, he's one of my best customers.

Several times in the past I have had similar requests from buyers, and most of them have been "middle men" for overseas shipments.
There were NO problems, and thus no need to block them -- and some of the "final destination" buyers actually left good positive feedback.
