Does anyone have any sense of the effect of the Pandemic on sales?

I wondered if so many working from home or having to stay at home might encourage more shopping but my small store doesn't really show a huge difference. I am sensing people may feel guilty buying stuff that isn't food, medicine or toilet paper.

Pardon me if this post is in the wrong discussion.

Yeah, probs no one is buying clothing right now because who is gonna see them? 😕

well I sold 2 of them but one was sold last week prior to the sale, the other on the sale but yeah, i guess they are doing fashion show at home? lol

The great truth is there isn't one
And it only gets worse since that conclusion...

An article I read says people who are suddenly working at home and attending "online meetings" are buying shirts and tops....cause that's the only thing the other people in the meeting will see. Makes sense. PJ bottoms, nice new top LOL

My sales this month are up a lot, a nice surprise. I sell craft supplies, and I think makers who have discretionary income are (1) buying from online sources rather shopping the B&M stores, and (2) staying busy doing crafts at home.
