When it comes to international selling I’m getting people getting massive angry at me for what I’m charging them for shipping fees. I wish eBay explained to them better that I’m not the one charging them that shipping fee. I’m getting to the point where I’m about to stop international shipping altogether.

I've never get complaints that you are charging too much. Kidding. 😉
I get that once in a while.
I just explain that the shipping charge on the listing is what I get, any more than that ebay gets for the international leg. Yes, it would be nice if ebay made that more clear.

I would simply block them from being able to buy from me. Buyers like that just do not understand.

Customers complaining about prices/shipping is as old as time.
This does happen more often when items are priced $5-$10 and the cost of shipping ends up being more than the item itself. Instead of shrugging off as problematic, you could try to qualify them to see if they might be interested in multiple items. Create a form response message tailored to this subject that will save you time sending these messages.
-Good luck

Occasionally I get requests to lower my prices to offset shipping charges, but I don't get too many complaints about shipping charges since I stopped shipping to the one country with buyers who regularly complained. I wouldn't eliminate international shipping but you can certainly stop shipping to the annoying countries.

I ship a lot overseas. I rarely get any complaints about shipping costs BUT I do not use eBay International Shipping which is pretty expensive for buyers.

I don't charge what it exactly cost to ship International...I undercharge because of the competition of other sellers.
I am not one to nickel and dime a buyer...especially when I want 'repeat buyers' and great feedbacks.
I also do a lot of International Combined Shipping refunds...even if the buyer doesn't ask for it I do it anyway.
"Repeat Buyers' keep me in business.
