Does Starter Store have Sales Reports Plus?

I have a basic store and when I go to Subscriptions, it's not even listed there. All I have showing is Selling Manager Pro as an Add-On for $15.99 a month.

Hi, I have been enrolled in the free Sales Reports Plus since 2006 and long before my 2014 Basic Store. And I plan to downgrade this month to the Starter Store. Don't expect anything to change.  Unless with the new Starter Store the rules have changed. I doubt it. Hope this helps.
