Does EBAY have a way to easily import existing AMAZON seller listings into EBAY?

Say EBAY ran a promotion in the future explaining that its cheaper to sell on EBAY than AMAZON.

If the seller wanted to move listings from one to the other does EBAY have a wizard to make it happen easily/seamlessly?
