Does Anyone Know How To Get Someone On the Phone?

I had a bunch of charges to my account pop up yesterday that were already charged.

There hasn't been a phone number in years.  You need to go to the top of the page where it reads Help & Contact.  Go from there and my suggestion is to use the chat option.  You can have them call you back, but sometimes they don't and the fact they are overseas agents may carry a language barrier.

You might be able to get help here on the boards if you detail what charges you received. Including any screenshots can help. (remove personal info of course)

How is there not help for sellers with billing issues? Makes no sense.

There is, but often it's better to get help here than directly from eBay.  Most "billing issues" aren't actually issues but misunderstandings, and even if you have an issue that eBay needs to help with, it's better to go in knowing what to expect.

If you really want to contact eBay, though, you have a variety of options:

You can click the Help & Contact link and drill down to your issue, then begin a chat and type "Agent" if need to bypass the AI answers, or request a callback if that's offered.
