Is it just me. Do other sellers ever get irritated when a buyer doesn't read description in the listing? They may be impulsive in their buying habits. I hope that they aren't illiterate. The topper is when they leave a neutral or negative feedback. I wish ebay would back sellers on these certain situations and pay more attention to these kinds of complaints.

Well, I read the entire description more than once but then I read every word of any contract I need to sign. You don’t wanna sell me a car cause I read every word of the contract a couple times. 😂😂

Unfortunately, Buyers often do not read. Especially, on a mobile device.
I empathsize with your plight. We just sold a small Barbie (Chelsea) who is about 4" tall. She is Barbie's little sister.
Buyer recd the Christmas /Holiday limited edition. Wants to know why Chelsea is 4" tall?? Why not full-size Barbie?
Item Specifics state 4" tall. Description states it twice. And Chelsea is always a 4" doll. Lol
You cannot win with some buyers!

I make and then ship my items; so labor is involved in every transaction. My items are 100% frivolous as well as items that nobody has EVER seen on store shelf in their life- so you'd think they would at LEAST, read the description.
I have plenty of pictures and a very clear written description.
But...I still get, and have for 12 years, those that obviously did not bother reading the description.
I've even had buyers that don't read the title. The title clearly states what it fits and what it is.

Well, yeah, sure. But why is Chelsea 4" tall? I mean, like, you know, instead of 3-7/16" tall or 4-1/8" tall. Why is that? Are you sure your measured Chelsea correctly? Hey, that isn't metric, is it? That's pretty darned short for a Barbie doll! Regular Barbie clothes will still fit her, though, right? I have over 300 sets of Barbie shoes and matching handbags and I don't want to buy more stuff just to fit some doll that was made some weird size. In fact, this whole thing has me worried now. So just cancel my order, okay? And if you don't, well, watch your feedback!!!!!!!

I have a neut somewhere in the past where someone didn't read the measurements in the description, or the measurements in the item specifics, and was mad because the item didn't fit him...and that I should have listed measurements.

Today I got my item you sent. It's some kind of stainless steel engine cover, for pete's sake! I need a cast aluminum waffle iron plate! I have no idea what kind of scam you are tying to run with this thing which is clearly not what I want or can use. I demand a full refund, and pronto! Oh, and it came all scratched up, too. Yeah, the wong part and damaged. I want compensation for my pain and suffering, also, now that I think about it. In fact, I may bring a high class action lawsuite!

Yes it wasn't on EBay but I had this happen twice on another Ecommerce site and they have absolutely no removal on Feedback. I had one item that was used and the box was a bit worse for wear but the item itself was in great shape. I listed everything exactly how it was and shown many photos noting the boxes condition. Then when it came time for a review they left me a negative review on the shape of the box and blamed it on my shipping. Then something similar with another that was in the description and I gave them the item they complained about for free with their other purchase. They literally complained about something they got for free it was a $60 item.
I had another instance where a lady messaged me 10 min after she bought an item from me 11 PM on a Saturday night asking when I was going to ship it. I told her I would as soon as I could and then the next day as I'm boxing it she messages me again asking if I'm ever going to ship her item. Mind you this a Sunday on a Holiday weekend so I took it to a shipping drop off location. She continues to keep messaging me asking me about it being shipped after it was marked shipped, I even went as far as going to the shipping place to check on it for her and kept her informed the whole way. . Then of course come time for my feedback she leaves me a negative saying I took to long on my shipping. I understand feedback is important but I don't think its right to be defenseless when it comes to false feedback like this.

"Maybe a kids medium but it didn't say that"
Um, yeah, it did.....in multiple places. Any person with half a brain cell would read that feedback and be able to realize that the buyer failed to read.

@chapeau-noir - thought of you today. Neighbor put out Bicycle with trash bins - sign said "free".....noticed a guy load it up in trunk and take it. About 20 min later, he brought it back. (Or so I thought - he dumped off a different Bicycle! Lol)

Yes, I know I tried on the dress in your shop. But I am returning it now because it does not fit or look right, as anyone can plainly see! I know it had to be those special, slimming and enhanching mirrors you installed n the dressing room that deceived me, because I wore it to the dance at the country club and someone said I look like a kielbasa in it. I want my money back, now! And all my friends will hear about this, too, you know, so think about what you want them hear, you know?

Just because PEOPLE (are people).
That's funny about the bike. I found one by the side of my road lying in a drainage ditch - it was a nice Schwinn in good condition, large frame, cottered crankset, aluminum rims, etc. I left it there for two days, which is as long as I wanted to see if someone came back and claimed it in our wet weather. No one did. So I was wheeling it back to my house when I saw a tall guy running along behind his young son who rode a bike. He joked to me that he needed to get a bike to ride with his son, so I gave him the one I had found. Off he went with it, looking pretty happy.
