hello !
I tried to sell on ebay, an item i was struggling to sell in my home country, as it is a rare statue of a character and is hard to find with box nowadays, and it is more popular in other countries like usa and europe, so i decided to try and sell it on ebay. since i had selling limits i tried to add more amount to the shipping price as i couldnt do it in my listing. i priced 80usd for the statue and 600usd for the international shipping. somehow a guy from us bought the statue with the free shipping and they sent me a US label, but i am not from the us so there was no way to ship it and no way to sell just for 80usd. so i advised the buyer that i couldnt ship from us and cancelled the order imediately. but... i thought his 80usd would imediately return to him, as it is in some platforms , but instead it says i will have to pay 67usd! which is almost the price he paid and that the 80usd is on hold, i talked with him and waited till it wa sout of hold. yesterday was the last day, and today i ahve this message "This order is complete and we've made the funds available for payout" shouldnt this value go straight back to his account? i dont see any value in my piooner account, i tried click to refund and it still ask me to changed my payment method

Your post is very confusing.
For instance, you said "they sent me a US label".
Who is "they"?
Exactly how did they "send" you this label?
Can you give us a link to the listing?

Hi Mario
This message is a bit confusing. If you cancelled the sale, the customer would have received all their money back. This sounds like some type of scam to me. Ebay is the one who provides the labels for shipping should you use their shipping format, not the customer.
My suggestion is you to see what CS may have to say about the whole transaction and give you some advice:

Until you can provide more info, this is all I can offer for advice. Good luck.

eBay has new seller restrictions for a reason, and you agreed to those terms when you signed up to sell here.
I guess this shows why it is not a good idea to try and flout eBay's policy - No good comes from listing dishonestly.
