Do Top Rated Sellers need to accept International returns for items to receive TR+ badge?

As of June 1st TRS's need to offer free returns domesticly for items to qualify for the badge.

Do items qualify for the badge if the seller does not accept international returns?

Thanks,

I don't remember it ever being spelled out that the requirement was for domestic returns only.  But I think that's what was meant which is why you can now specify different return policies for international and domestic.

Ebay has a big problem with trying to push international returns ! Because there is no way a U.S. Seller can ever give those buyers a return shipping labels  . Since International buyers are the ones that will have to pay up front for return shipping .

No. You can choose int'l buyer paid, or no int'l returns at all. I have no int'l returns set, and my listings are plus.

i wouldn't call it a big problem. They forced you to provide the COST of the label. That's what they've done to me.

I'm glad I can not choose international returns now tho. I have a lot of business with UK. Even if it's a buyers remorse case, you have to refund them ORIGINAL SHIPPING, and must refund their purchase in full, even if they break your item. Can you imagine? Ship something that costs $100 to ship, and because the buyer changes their mind, you have to refund them the $100 that you already paid to ship to them? Their laws SUCK
