Do MC011 restrictions really get lifted?

I'm just wondering if these restrictions ever really get lifted?  I'm seeing numerous reports of this happening to sellers just because of an increase in sales volume.  I get that eBay wants to protect itself and the buyers, but I have sold 8600 items in the last year on eBay.   I'm at my wits end and have submitted them everything they've asked for, but they still do not lift the restriction.  Thoughts?

If you show that everything has been delivered, that everything has a tracking number, you provide ebay the information that they have requested, your paperwork is from legitimate/authorized suppliers, & your selling legitimate items,  then reinstatement is very likely. Normally, the review time will take around 72 hours for some type of decision. I would be careful with those GoPros that you have been selling.

Why is that?  They are from an authorized GoPro distributor.  He was allowed to sell me all of his older model GoPro backstock but can not sell me the newer models.  What is to be careful about with them?

I hope you can prove all of that......Such is they way of the MC011 restrictions....and the why folks get permanently ban from selling on eBay.

They think the supplier is a valid source and turns out it was not, and of course possible fakes unauthorized sales , stolen, etc.....

What kind of restriction? You have four auctions running with multiple bids on each.

They lifted the restriction.  I don't sell fakes as you insinuate.  I have enough experience dealing with my same suppliers for 7+ years that I know I am not being scammed or sold fakes.

They had blocked all of my buy it now listings.  My primary business is through buy it nows.  Crazy enough, they have lifted the restriction and my 10k payment they owe me is due to hit my account on 4/21, but my listings are still not showing in search.  They claim to wait 24 hours but I'm reading multiple accounts of where it can take weeks and multiple emails/phone calls to support.  

eBay seems clueless.  Even today before getting my restriction lifted, I received an email from them telling me to resolve my outstanding cases with a link to my resolution center.  They had sent this before as well.  Kicker is that I don't have any cases (or returns) open against me.  I do however currently have a case open against another seller on eBay for an item I purchased.  I think they weren't even aware that this was not a case against me.  It's truly unbelievable that this is their way of "protecting the eBay community."
