Do I just ignore eBay notification?

So I had order that arrived in the wrong color and the seller offered to exchange it for the correct one after I sent the item back. Fast forward to now I got the item but I got a notification from eBay asking if I received a refund for the item. And that I have about 2 weeks to ask eBay for help. Do I need to tell eBay that I received an exchange and to cancel the refund or do I just ignore the notification? Thanks 🙂

If you received an item back and are satisfied, I would cancel the refund request.

How would I go about that on mobile I only see an option to open a case.

I cant help you with the app. I dont use it for much since it is not as user friendly.

Go into "Help" at the bottom of the near "payments" and it will direct you how to do it on the eBay app on your cellphone.
