Do you have the proof the item you sent was delivered?

Because that's the only proof that matters.

I'm guessing your package is late getting delivered and the buyer filed a item not received case. This is happening to a lot of people. Sorry it is happening to you. There is no good solution for the seller on this besides hoping the buyer will be patient.
