I think the 'Win Win' already happens most of the time. Most of the time buyers get the items they wanted, while sellers get paid for those items.

What we really need to figure out is how do we create a 'Win Win Environment' between corporate eBay and those who sell their items using eBay.

That is where the 'Win Win' needs to be - between eBay and the sellers.

When the seller and buyer fundamentally disagree over what constitutes a SNAD, there will never be a win-win environment on eBay.

In those situations there will always be a winner and a loser unless eBay chooses to pay off the losing side with a refund out of its own pockets ... and we all know how likely that is.
