Has anyone else noticed their eBay stores' "free" Google Shopping exposure being removed after opting into eBay's Promoted Offsite Ads? I did this by accident 2 days ago while clicking around trying to familiarize myself with all the recent updates to promoted listings eBay... Now, what was a fairly good listing visibility in Google Shopping just days ago, my products have completely disappeared from Shopping placement altogether. The only significant change being that I was poking around their Advertising / Promoted Listings and am now opted in to this "Promoted Offsite" garbage, as if we don't already pay eBay enough... Granted I may be jumping to conclusions, but technically it could make sense for these things to be related if eBay's intention is to stop offering it's sellers free exposure in Google Shopping - perhaps that feed is replaced entirely with a promoted offsite feed? Which if the case as I am not using that could make sense to why I no longer have eBay listings being sent to Google Shopping...
Thoughts on this? Anyone else experiencing anything similar? And most importantly if anyone knows how to reverse the effects to get my eBay listings back on Google Shopping?

My understanding is that what you are experiencing is offsite ads working as intended.
ETA: To reverse the current situation you have, end the offsite ads.

To clarify, I only clicked to accept whatever popped up when I accidently clicked onto promoted offsite. I never enabled any campaigns. When I realized I was in the wrong spot I went back. However, as nothing else I have found yet explains why my listings went from being very prevalent in Google Shopping to now (still) not at all, my thinking is there may be a technical thing going on that whenever I clicked accept on the "Promoted Offsite" mumbo jumbo, that I was opted in and my participation the "free external advertising" for Google Shopping was turned off... speculation obviously, which is why I am here, to figure out what's going on and hopefully find a solution.

If you do not have an active offsite ads campaign running, I would suggest looking for another reason your listings are not showing up in Google Shopping.
The Listing Quality Report has a tab for Google Shopping Rejections which may give you some insight. You can download the report from Seller Hub>Permormance>Traffic or use this link https://www.ebay.com/sh/performance/traffic
