Hi.
I stared selling on ebay.com, but realized that Europen Ebays might be more suitable since I am from Europe (even if keeping two European Ebays and an American Ebay or etc.). As I logged into European Ebay (with same pass and name as in American Ebay), I noticed all my items were there as active listings. Hooray.
Now, does that mean if I change the price for an item in any of the Ebays it will be changed for all of them?
If I want to keep accounts a little bit separate (for changes, pricing, shipping and etc.), I need to make a new acount and add all listing from the start?
Some of the items appear in the search, some still don't. I just logged, so that means some items will take more time to appear in the search?

Your items should appear in every country to which you have offered to ship to.* You manage an "exclusion" list of countries you don't ship to. If you don't have the country on your exclusion list, it should appear on the country's eBay domain. There's nothing really to do other than that. You never have to log on anywhere in particular, you can do it all from whatever eBay domain you prefer.
* There are some exceptions to this, I am not sure I know them all. I think eBay might be doing something to ensure that non-English listings never show up on English eBay domains. I also know that eBay sometimes tries to charge extra for listing on eBay UK (if on US side) or for eBay US (if on UK side), but I am not sure when eBay crosslists without getting any extra listing fee. I am sure there are other ways it's complicated that I don't know about.... what I do know is that you can get listed across domains just by declaring that you will ship to those countries.

Yes, the price changes will be reflected on all sites.
I believe it would be possible to list separately on different country sites, but I don't think I would do so merely for changes in pricing and shipping because of the extra work.
Instead you could just customize your shipping policies for each country. If you need to charge different prices for different countries, you could do so by adjusting the handling fee.

Thank you Peter. Maybe you can explain/or maybe there is a website or other kind of information to read about how the cross site selling works "in real life"? Is it enough to log in into different Ebays for your items to appear? Or do you have specify international shipping, or specify shipping for every site's country?
