I recently sold my Camera on here and had multiple accounts purchase the item. They were then later found out to be scams as they sent me fraudulent emails saying they've payed me and to send the item to an address in Nigeria. The emails were obviously fake and no money was in my PayPal account so I reported the buyers and tried to cancel my transactions with them. After 8 days of no contact, I could finally close the case but I did not receive any Value Credit. Why should I still pay the fee if the sale was a scam and never went through. Anybody know what to do?
