Did ebay remove 30 day handling time?

I recently discovered that when i listed an item that i dont see the option to give a 30 day handling time i was told that its because my seller rating is too low is this true or did ebay change this recently?

20, 30 and 40 day handling time is available to me. 

In my opinion, anything more than about a week is too long.

Nobody wants to wait that long for their stuff.

We ordered in Jan 2021 for our new car that should be delivered June 2023. At least it will be a 2023 model year. Hope at least one of us last long enough to enjoy it.

On all  8 of your current listing your handling time is 3 days, why would you want a 30 day handling time???  All your items should be in stock unless they are made to order.

I wanted to sell preorders for certain items where 30 days handling time would be useful for me and the customer.

buyers HATE preorders. get the items first and then sell them

If buyers hate preorders they wouldn’t buy them and would just wait for an item to come out. The purpose of a preorder is to guarantee the item no matter what.
