Did Not Receive Promoted Listings Credit on March 15 Invoice - Did You?

I was charged Promoted Listing fees on my February 15, 2020 invoice.

I am eligible for a Promoted Listings quarterly credit.

I did *not* receive a corresponding credit on my March 15, 2020 invoice.

I have not exhausted my quarterly credit. The fees billed in February were my first promoted listing fees for the January-March 2020 quarter.

Did you receive your promoted listings credit on your March 15th invoice?

Thanks for the link.  I may not be alone.  I wonder if anyone received their March 15 credits for promoted listings?

Still have not received mine (3/24/20) for February.  Quick to claim they are trying to help out but slow to give back our money ... ps it would help if they did.

Did any of you contact eBay customer service and alert them to this problem & ask for the credits due?

eBay customer service does not understand "Promoted Listings" because it is a totally separate and different group or division(?) then eBay.  Believe me I have been trying to teach them for over a year.
