Delivery confirmation for Royal MAil 48 Large Letters purchased via ebay?

Hello,

we had issues a while back with good old Click and Drop and resorted to buying postage on ebay.  I was HOPING that there was delivery confirmation on Royal Mail large letters standard 2nd class (RM48).

We get delivery confirmation on click and drop but someone opened an INR claim and Royal Mail tracking shows "Tracking information is not available for this service".

I know someone mentioned in the past that Personal customers on Click and drop don;t get delivery confirmation, whereas business customers do, so wondered about ebay shipping.

Hope that makes sense.

Phoned ebay and they said there would be a delivery scan!

Royal MAil chat says no scans!
