Delivered??

I have sold a number of items this year, all of which have been posted to the buyer(s). After they have been collected by Parcelforce (or whoever) I mark the items as dispatched.

However I can find no way to mark them as delivered, even though in all but one very recent item they were, months ago.

And further they seem to now just sit in my selling summary as though the transaction has never been completed, which again it has, as everyone has paid me quickly. I have tried hiding them items, but they re-appear again.

You are in the UK..........probably best to ask on that board rather than this, the US board.......process may be different. 

That said, here we need to add the tracking number to the listing.......if it's not shown......  It WILL show if we've bought postage on Ebay.....but have to add the # if not purchased here........ Ebay automatically checks that number and will mark the item delivered when the tracking shows it delivered.  I don't believe there is any way to "mark it delivered".........but could be wrong......

Thanks - I wasn't even aware I'd posted it on the US board! As far as I know I was logged in through my UK account when I posted the question, and I am as I write this reply. Maybe the 'community' doesn't exist in the UK.. Seems unlikely though.

Parcelforce is a part of the UKs Royal Mail postal service.
