Delivered to Address in Adjacent Town

Any ideas on what may have happened here? Item was addressed to a reshipper in Redondo Beach and delivered to an individual in Hermosa Beach. Two rather expensive french mugs but not high scam items.

Post Office attempting delivery after 6pm seems odd... if that's a business address, it's not surprising there was no access to the delivery location.

Have you heard anything from the "buyer" about it?  I might contact them about it (something I'd probably want to think about for a bit).
