Deleted questions still flagged as Unanswered

I had a conversation with a potential buyer about my listing.  I answered all his questions but the red Unanswered flag still showed up on My eBay page. 

I went to the mailbox and made sure to mark all as Answered, even though they already had been opened and read. The flag on my main page still showed. 

Finally I deleted all the messages. Now my inbox is empty but the red Unanswered flag still shows. 

When will eBay fix this problem?

Fix the problem?  That problem?  eBay's system has any number of glitches. It's what happens when you have a system designed around Chinese Morse Code.

Expect all to be corrected sometime after the Pope's wedding.

In the meantime, carry on.
