Do new sellers not read any of ebay policys? Would anybody attempt to open a brick and mortar store without doing any research on codes, permits and other issues. Ebay is no differeent if you want to be successful and at least stay out of trouble do no create your own problems know the ground rules. Start small get a feeling for the game. I think you must also constantly remember it is ebay. In many cases the seller is not knowledgeable about the process. Provide as much information in your listing as possible. Also in many case you might also have to baby sit the buyer. Yes I know your item is not there yet, Yes I know it should be.
