Had a buyer falsely open an item not as described return request. I gave them the return label and they did not return the item, so I won after they contacted ebay to step in. Ebay later reverses the decision without even contacting me because the buyer falsely claims that I saint an empty package. Not only did they take my money without crediting my fees. They put a defect on my account. It won't even let me appeal. Ebay is breaking it's own terms of service! I have proof of delivery and I promptly gave a return shipping label When requested. In my opinion, Ebay has been an accomplice to mail fraud and wire fraud and may have committed wire fraud outright! After 20 years of being screwed, this appears to be the worst example. Just out of principle I feel compelled to press criminal charges, naming Ebay. What other recourse do I have short of this?
