Defect rate at 4% Below Standard

I recently sold some cards on here that my assistant put in the wrong format. Instead of an auction he put a BIN and 2 recently this month I had to cancel because of his error after they sold. Im trying to sell more to get the rate down, but what happens if it still above the 2% at below level when I'm evaluated this month? What will happen to my account/privledges? 

I have 100% positive feedback over 600 sales and been selling on here for 6 years.

You should never refuse a paid for sale.  That is the most serious rule you can break and can get a seller banned from selling for life. Does not matter how good a seller you were.   It makes buyers unhappy and eBay gets real testy about that.
