Hello,
I have had 572 orders in the last 90 days, but my defect rate just changed from a percentage to a quantity. I thought they based it off a percentage if you had 500 or more sales in the last 90 days. Am I wrong? I had one that was about to drop off, so I was hoping it still would instead of having to wait a year...

What defect rate are you referring to? Something on your dashboard? Could you be a little more specifc, that would make it easier to help you.

When you are looking at your dashboard details, you can change the view from percentage to quantity.
