At my request, I received a data report from Ebay for the year 2022 for 1099 purposes.
There is a report list of transactions that show all sales and there is a report that shows returns but, there is no report showing any transactions have been cancelled during the time period.
How can I justify tax sales if the transaction was cancelled and I can't show it.

If the sale was cancelled without any payment being made, it is not reported. Only gross payments processed is reported, from which you deduct costs, refunds, fees, postage, etc.

A canceled sale is revenue neutral - no money changed hands, no sales tax was collected, so it's not reflected on your 1099.
