Dashboard Says I'm a Top Rated Seller, But I See No Evidence of That

My dashboard says my current seller level is Top Rated, but I don't see a badge, and there has been no change that I can see in my fees or UPS pricing. 

Is there a logical reason this could be happening?

TRS and TRS+ are 2 different things.

TRS means you have had 100 transactions within the past 12 months valued at $1000 or more.  No badge, no perks, just an acknowledgment of qualtity and gross sales.

TRS+ means the above PLUS 1-day handling, 30-day returns and other requirements to get a badge and further discounts.
