Ok I have a quick question I am new to selling on eBay and I have no idea how to handle this a person bought a item from me “paying 750” and when it sold they told me that she bid on another identical thing and was only paying 350 but she said it was ok that the paid more but to package it really good so it don’t get damaged in shipping so that’s what I did now she’s coming back saying it did get damaged in packaging and that the box is broke. So I took it upon myself to look at the other listing that she bought it says the box was damaged and the reason I even looked was because I know I packaged it very well there was no way it could’ve got damaged. So long story short what do I do

Not sure - you're talking about the Thoth Tarot Cards that sold for $750 + shipping, correct? 1st Edition?
You did ship these with signature confirmation, correct and buyer signed for these?
If yes, the person who delivered the parcel should remember if the parcel was damaged in shipping. How was it shipped (via what carrier and this shipped in a box, correct?)

Several missing pieces to your posting. Has the buyer opened an official case with eBay or done a chargeback with their CC company. Like katzrul15 mentioned I am assuming this is the Tarot cards which I am not sure how they would have gotten damaged in shipping. Did these ship domestically or did they ship internationally?
If the buyer has already opened a NAD case with eBay you need to offer a full refund upon return of the item, which will also negate your ability to file a claim with USPS but if you fail to respond to the eBay case within the allotted time and the buyer asks eBay to step in eBay will fully refund the buyer and allow them to keep the item.
There is a high probability that you may not get back exactly what you sent but you can fight that battle if and when it happens. Do not simply refund this buyer, either fully or partially, outside an official eBay case that will void what limited protection you have.
For sure add this buyer to your BBL.

What I would do for now is NOTHING.
If the buyer files a case that the item is damaged, then you need to decide what to do.
If you are ok with giving a partial refund and you and the buyer can agree on a amount, that is one option.
The other option is for the buyer to send the item back (at your expense) for a full refund. Once you get the item back, you refund.
Filing a damage/insurance claim with t he USPS is your responsibility. The buyer may assist you with this but is not required to.
