DR SEUSS BOOK BAN STILL IN EFFECT?

I know that a while back there was a ban on certain books by Dr. Seuss and they were not allowed to be sold on EBay.

Can someone tell me if that is still in effect, I see some of the banned one's listed but I do not want to break any rules and/or have my selling rights revoked.

eBay followed the lead of the Dr. Seuss rights owners in banning a few of his books.  There's been no change that I know of.

eBay bots cannot find all banned items before their listings become active ... so you will always see some listings for banned items.  I'm glad you asked here before listing yours.  The other listings just haven't been reported yet.
