I do not like the new format for My eBay page AT ALL! It does not have my current listings on it, and has items I do not need.

How do I go back to the old style I've used for years?

Hi @slim1025, there isn't an option to get the old All Selling page back, but there is a new All Selling page. We've created a post with more information about this change and an FAQ here.
