DEFER PAYMENT DO TO COVID 19

I need to defer this months payment due to Covid 19, I am not a store, how do I do it?

I'm so sorry, this is a tough time for so many people.  But according to the announcement, ebay has only offered that option to sellers with stores.  You could contact customer service to see what they suggest.

and even with store owners- it is for the 3/15 to 4/15 invoice due to be paid on 4/25 and not for the March Payment due since this was for sales before this all started.

There is a very good chance that overall sales will decline over the next couple of months. Deferring fees from a good period into a worse period could easily compound whatever problem already exists. Might be better to bite the bullet and pay when due.

If you have no store there is no fees.  If you sold items you should have the 10% left over to pay your fees.

Unsuccessfully. 

PS selling whiskey on eBay is against eBay policy (and also probably against the law).

 I'd also be concerned that this item is listed as FREE (it's not when you click/tap on it).
