Customer wants me to lower the customs value on an item

A customer in France has inquired about a board game I have listed. He would like me to lower the customs value so he won't pay as much duty.

Questions: 1. Isn't this fraudulently misrepresenting the value?

                       2. Is there an option to list the value with GSP? I haven't seen one: it's just "send the item to us, and we handle everything." I assume they use the sold value.

Tell the buyer it is against the law to do as they ask. The value is what they paid and that can't be changed.

Customs fees cannot be changed.  Tell them no.

Remember that as the seller, you are signing the customs declaration attesting to the accuracy of the form.

You should block anyone who asks you this. Customers who ask you to commit fraud are also customers who will defraud you.

You don't need their business.
