Customer wants to return item.I said no returns. She is debating measurements. What do I do

Wait till they open a not as described case. Then either accept the return, or fight it and risk losing your money and your item.

You can refuse to take the return, but if your buyer files 'not as described' you have to take it back - there's no choice.

 

When I was no-returns I actually did take returns on a case by case basis.  I would just go ahead and take this one as arguing gets us nowhere.

No returns does not equal no refunds.     Not at all.
