Customer messages me about being unhappy with an item I sold

I sold a used laptop on July 25 and all went well. I provided pictures of the laptop and it was clear that it was a used laptop. They messaged me today, August 13, telling me that they are unhappy with the cosmetic condition of it. They mentioned that there was some cosmetic damage that they were not satisfied with and sent this photo. I don't accept returns so what should I do?

Customer messages me about being unhappy with an item I sold

Even if the seller is willing to pay for a return, he is only responsible for supplying a return shipping label for the address he shipped to.
