Customer is not responding to my messages

I sold an item to a customer and now he wants a refund. I paid for the shipping label but now he wont respond to my messages / emails, so I cant send him the pdf of the shipping label. My money will stay on hold until this is resolved but he isnt responding. What do I do?

Call eBay and see if they have any advice.

 

Now the person said they  want to return it, did they say anything else or open a case?  Maybe it's on it's way back.

If you can send a message there is a method where you can "attach" the label to the message as an image (and possibly even upload it to the return itself), hopefully doing that will coerce the buyer into action.

There is no reason to  expect that the buyer needs to be coerced.  And eBay is really crazy about what you send in their system.

So..........has he requested the refund thru Ebay?  If so, no reason for you to purchase/send a label........  He will be able to print the label from his ebay transaction.............
