I presume you don't mean you actually printed another label?

You should enter the same tracking # on the 2nd order......you can do that in the overview page of Seller hub..

Just for information, when you print a label for combined orders, if you use bulk shipping, it will automatically combine the orders to one person/address  and you can print the one label from there.......then the tracking number will automatically be entered into both orders.

You might want to try this method in the future,

First go here,

https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:ALL_ORDERS

and click the box on the items you want to ship together. Then click on the "Shipping" drop-down and select "Purchase shipping label". That should take you here,

https://gslblui.ebay.com/gslblui/bulk

Click the boxes on the items you want to ship together and click on the "Combine" box. Next select the shipping service and fill in the other info (weights, etc.) and when you are finished click on the "Purchase label" box and you should be taken to the Print Label page. HTH.

To cancel the unused label, go to Seller Hub, hover over Orders and select Shipping Labels. The last column on the right should allow you to cancel. Good luck.
