Hi there,

What does the feedback of “N/A” mean please? I have always received 100% feedback and I’m not too sure what this means??

Normally it means not applicable. In this case, no one knows what the buyer means. I wouldn't worry about it though, as your feedback is excellent and even the buyer that wrote n/a gave you a positive. Just let it slowly float away as other people give you positive feedback.

I wouldn't worry about it at all... some people make no sense with what they put.  No one buying from you will care or wonder.

N/A usually means "not applicable".

The N/A on your feedback means the buyer left you positive feedback but has no comment/nothing to say.  I get those once in a while.
