I created a new listing and noticed that since being enrolled in EIS, I don't see an option anymore to choose excluded international locations. Now if I choose "other" shipping options for international shipping, the option is there. Does Ebay not allow you to exclude locations and EIS automatically makes shipping available to any country under their list of included countries?

Set up your exclusions here: https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf/excludeRegions
This is the same place it's been for many years.
This will be the default going forward. Be sure to click the box to apply to your current listings.

Ok yes I understand I have my chosen exclusion defaults that I setup in my listing settings. My defaults are for shipping to Canada only. What I want to be able to do is keep that setting for certain items, but for other listings I want to be able to change my exclusions to include all the other countries(or at least most of them) that are on the EIS list. Some of the listings I am revising have the option for manually changing exclusions, but others do not. Not sure why that is.
