Customer Support

I have tired every means possible I can think of to contact eBay support.  If they don't respond to this, I am leaving eBay after more than a decade of selling and a ton of money in their coffers.  There Customs Support phone number now refers you to options on their web site.  Chat [does not work], Call Back only offers USA and Canada phone options.  I give them a Skype USA forwarding number but they always say  that have tried and failed.  They have said to update my phone number on my personal information which I have done. None of this works.  I don't like to use derogatory words but eBay Support is SXXT.

Hi, customer support does not use the community forum. We are all fellow sellers and buyers. I recommend reaching out to CS thru eBay’s Facebook page or Twitter account. I have heard they are quite responsive there. Good luck in resolving your issue. (Is there anything anyone here can help with?)

Have you tried social media?  You can contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.

Just curious, why are you listing flower seeds in Collectables > Comics category?

Have you tried requesting a call back between 2am and 4 am PST?  That's when I send the request and always get a call back within 60 seconds.
