Still like the link if anyone has it. I went into the AI chat and eventually they put me through to an agent but they didn't really listen to what I was saying. My query is under review but won't hold my breath on getting a satisfactory outcome.

The easiest way to get a call back is via the "drafts" page.  It's one of the few that has the "have us call you" option right on the page when you click the "?"
