How can I contact someone in Customer Service to help me? It used to be easy, now I can't figure out how to do it.

Contact them through ebay for business on Facebook or Twitter. They get back to you in a day or two at most.

Open chat under help & contact, initially they will ask you what you need help with, after that, type in speak to agent. You should have option to either chat with live help or have someone call you.

Typically, CS is the last place you want to end up on this site unless absolutely necessary.
