If you want to report scammers, just send email to spoof@ebay.com.

1. Giving irrelevant or misleading information
2. Agreeing to anything you say to get you off the phone/chat line
3. Having absolutely no idea on the workings or protocols of eBay
4. Costing eBay very little $$$ to provide 'customer service'
I could go on, but you get the picture.........
Ask your question here and you will receive concise replies from very experienced users.

By outsourcing their customer service to "agents" who are ill trained and unknowledgeable of the workings of this platform, it allows eBay to be able to say they have a customer service dept while not actually providing any customer service at all....

Basically, Ebay Customer Support exists for 2 reasons:
1) for them to receive their salaries
2) to ignore us, the sellers

I have found that the first 2 or three agents don't have a clue. You need to get transferred about three more times to a specialist! I agree, what are these people for? But if you are persistent, you eventually get to someone to answer the question. I know this is going to be about an hour of my day, and back spacing cuss words out.
