Customer Service Phone Number

Does anyone have the Customer Service phone number to speak with an actual person?  I can't see to find one on the website anywhere.

I go into help. Click on account. Go to the chat icon. Write. Please have agent to call me. Then they will send you a link to nonsense. Write:  account hack. Then they will respond with more links. Type again:  agent to call me. Then you will get a blue writing. Agent will call in ?? minutes. Click on that. You will see a portion of your phone number. Then click “continue”. A agent will call you in the time they specified.

If you would care to share your question here, there are many experienced buyers and sellers on this board who know eBay's policies and rules who may be able to help you and you will probably get a better answer here than from CS.
