About to cancel all my auctions ! ! ! !
I am a wholesale printer, selling custom forms, invoices, proposals and such.
My customers once in a while keep telling me that they cannot send me their company name, address and phone number they want on the top of their forms. This appears to be happening more often.
How in the heck do they expect me to sell custom forms without getting the information for their forms ?
Any ideas would be helpful.
TIA

You can add the Personalization field to your listings if it's supported in that category. That's literally what it's designed for. They'll be able to enter it at checkout. You cannot exchange contact info before a sale takes place, for better or worse (to avoid the more common scenario of people trying to take sales off eBay to avoid fees, even though that's not what you're doing).
Honestly, though, eBay may just not be the best place for what you're selling. I would never think to check eBay for something like that personally.

Can you be more specific?
What form?
How are they trying to send it?
Are they getting an error message?

Unfortunately the category does not support "personalization"
Business & Industrial > Office > Office Supplies > Paper Products > Forms & Record Keeping
However if you change your category, this one does support personalization @mcptrman :
Specialty Services > Printing & Personalization > Other Printing Services
Edit to add: There were some quirks with the personalization field. I'm pretty sure @valueaddedresource wrote an article about it not that long ago. It was doing things like not recognizing line breaks and punctuation. Not sure if that's still happening, but if Liz sees my tag maybe she can weigh in.
OK the article is older (2022) so perhaps eBay has improved on it in the last 2 years:

Thanks for the tag @wastingtime101 . Unfortunately, I really haven't seen or heard much else about Personalization since that article was published - which is probably a sad testament to the fact that it seems to be yet another half baked launch that has been moved to the back burner and not really expanded on or improved.
