Wanted to check if this was true for other sellers. We use the Custom Label (SKU) field for our shelf number and internal SKU for every listing, and it works great, or has been. It’s still showing up in most places we need it, but just in the last few days it’s disappeared from active listings when I view them in the eBay app. They used to show right at the top, but I can’t view them unless I revise the listing now, or we also put that in the sea fortunately. I noticed it when trying to check on an item for a customer question, and I couldn’t easily view the shelf number like I used to be able to.
Is everyone else (at least those who use that field) seeing the same thing?
