Custom Label (SKU) mobile issues

I do not have the Custom Label (SKU) option in the item description when listing a item. Anybody in the eBay world have a answer or suggestion? EBay customer service was no help, I don't think the person I spoke with even knew what the Custom Label (SKU) was.

This is fustrating not being able to inventory my locations and being limited to listing.

I am having the same problem. My item specifics end at UPC. I have to waste time putting my location in the description.

When I list from mobile android it is at the bottom of the item specifics not description

It's under Title "see title options" on upper right corner.

It's under "item specifics", not description as @lloydsteventaylor stated on Android.
