Create multiple listings per items

isn't it a problem to make a listing for one item and creat another listing for the same item?

If you have multiple identical items in the same condition you can just change the quantity in the listing.  One listing with the quantity you want to offer.  I have dozens of examples of this in my store.

I am updating my Transit Token category this week and am adjusting quantities of certain tokens upward while I look for "dropped" listings due to ebay's infamous 90 day dormant policy.

Thanks for helping me @jayjaspersgarage  I have a large quantity of the same item. I have already made a listing for that item.I want to know if I can change the title / size / Buy it now Price and volume pricing etc. for the same item and add a new listing?

The same exact items are supposed to be listed in the same listing. Technically we are not supposed to do separate listings for the same item but if you change the title and nothing else to make a separate listing you might get caught eventually.  Ebay doesn't want ten million listings to become twenty million when sellers can change the quantity to 2.  

If you have a large quantity of the same item and they are identical once you increase the quantity available you can set incremental postage for each additional item ordered on the same ticket.  

Not sure what your question is in regards to other than if you can or can't make separate listings.

If you want to make a separate listing for say ten of the widgets instead of one it really isn't necessary if you have 200 of them the buyer will be able to input any quantity up to the maximum.

Thank you so much for your guidance. @jayjaspersgarage  While I was listing such an item, I listed another new list and soon removed that list considering the risks involved..can I have a problem now?
