Actually you can. You can create the entire listing description as a photo and then use a 3rd party hosting site to host the photo, then link to it.

Even a simple program like PAINT would work for this, it wouldn't have to be Adobe PS.

Yes, you could do it that way but I think it is against policy to do that ... at least it used to be.

Post photos as if there is no description and describe as if there are no photos. 

You don't need Photoshop or Paint or anything else, you just need a decent camera or phone and preferably natural light. 

Fill in the boxes that describe your item- and use all 12 photos available to show every angle & feature of your item.

That's it.
